User Testing Result (Interview)

An Interview done regarding the Hypothesis chosen, as well as the brand Teenage and Mentos.

Thank you very much to Jerry (19), Sophina (18), Dickson (19), Princesley (19), Valerie (13) and EnQi (13) for agreeing to be interviewed! :D

Through this user testing I find that there are different opinions even though the age differences is not much. My targeted audience was meant to be 12-19 years old, but after doing the interview I learnt that even within this 7 years gap, there are still some things that differ to their preference.

That, and I also know one thing: YouTube Ad and Web-banner do not work generally. I'm sure that there will be a way to make them more effective... The question is, how?
